Our Story

Nah-vah-nos.

Our name is rooted in two ancient words — navis, the Latin for ship, and naos, the Greek for vessel and sanctuary. Together they form something more than a brand name. They form a philosophy.

That a timepiece, like a great ship, should be built with absolute integrity, engineered to perform when the stakes are real, designed to endure long after the journey ends. Every Navanos watch is a vessel of precision and purpose, built to lead its wearer with the same quiet confidence that guided explorers across uncharted waters.

Named for a ray of light cutting through deep water. Clarity and precision in the place where both are hardest to find.

Our inaugural timepiece embodies the fusion of Swiss chronometry, true ISO 6425 dive engineering, and advanced antimagnetic architecture. All researched, designed, and tested in Switzerland. It is not a watch that looks the part. It is a watch that has proven it.

COSC-  Fewer Than 6%

Every Navanos watch carries a COSC-certified movement,  independently verified by the Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres, Switzerland's Official Chronometer Testing Institute.

Since 1973, COSC has set the global benchmark for precision timekeeping. Each movement undergoes 15 days of testing across five positions and three temperature ranges, meeting exacting tolerances of −4/+6 seconds per day. Fewer than 6% of Swiss watches earn this distinction.

TIMELAB Geneva - Independent Verification

Our certifications are confirmed by TIMELAB in Geneva, the independent Swiss laboratory entrusted with the prestigious Geneva Seal.

TIMELAB conducts our ISO 6425 dive certification testing and our progressive magnetic field resistance validation. These are not symbolic partnerships. They exist because we believe excellence must be proven by those with no stake in the outcome. Not declared by those who built the watch.
