Refund policy

7-Day Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Navanos timepiece. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return your unworn, undamaged watch within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

The watch must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all protective materials, tags, accessories, and paperwork included.

Watches that show signs of wear, have been sized, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@navanos.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receiving your watch.

2. Carefully pack your watch in its original box and a secure shipping carton.

3. Ship your return using the prepaid, insured label provided by our team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges for expedited or international orders are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Domestic returns and exchanges: Complimentary (Navanos provides a prepaid, insured shipping label).

International returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
