Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will ship the following business day.

Our logistics office operates 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

At this time, Navanos Watches ships exclusively within the United States.

Standard Domestic Shipping

All orders include complimentary insured ground shipping, delivered via FedEx.

Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days, depending on destination.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, including:

UPS Next-Day Saver

Delivery timing depends on destination and carrier service availability.

APO / Military Addresses

Orders shipped to APO or Military addresses are delivered via USPS.

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Delivery Address Requirements

To ensure secure and traceable delivery, Navanos Watches does not ship to PO Box addresses. A physical delivery address is required for all orders.

Insured Shipping & Signature Confirmation

Every Navanos timepiece is fully insured during transit and requires an adult signature upon delivery. This policy ensures that each watch is received securely and handled with the care expected of a precision instrument.
